Please allow 1-4 business days for domestic orders to be dispatched and allow up to 2-5 business days for international orders to be dispatched.

Please allow an additional 3 business days for orders to be dispatched during new launch periods            .

Orders will be delivered through Australia Post; delivery times may vary depending on your location. Full details can be found at Please allow extra time during peak season, Vanity Paws does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, we can not refund items that arrive later that required.

Domestic Postage Costs

$10.95 – Standard Shipping (Small Up To 500G)

$14.50 – Standard Shipping (Medium Up 500G– 1KG)

$18.25 – Standard Shipping (Large 1KG – 3KG)

$21.95 – Standard Shipping (Extra Large 3KG – 5KG)

Free Local Pickup

Yes, you can, please visit our store near Townsville to purchase in store.

Or Choose “Pick UP” at checkout to collect in store.  Once your order is ready you will receive a email or SMS to advise your order is ready for collection. Collection is usually available within 24 business hours.

The pickup address is Shop 5, 328 Fulman Rd, Heatly Qld. Australia.

Cancellation of Orders

Vanity Paws may cancel your order, if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products chosen.  In this case we will contact you to advise you of what action needs to be taken. Orders are subject to availability and Vanity Paws reserves the right to cancel any orders, for any orders, including availability.   

Refunds & Returns

  1. Items marked FINAL SALE (these items are non-returnable)
  2. Items cannot be returned if you just change your mind (either in store or online)
  3. ONLY items that are faulty can be returned for and exchange or store credit
  4. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of your order being delivered. 14 days from the date your order was delivered as per the shipment tracking – after this time has passed, we will not be able to accept returns.
  5. If purchased in a full set, the full set must be returned.
  6. Please email to arrange a return.
