How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your VanityPaws account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
 
What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.
  1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your Delivery Order in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at VanityPaws@mail.com

  2. Registered Postage: Only orders purchased with “Registered Postage” can be tracked. In the event of a registered postage order lost in the mail, we will try to locate the delivery. If there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

  3. Standard Order postage: All orders purchased with standard postage cannot be traced / tracked. Unfortunately we cannot replace orders with standard postage.

  4. Local Pick Up: Local residence can purchase items and pick up at “Fleabags” 94 Victoria Street, Mackay 4741, Queensland, Australia. Your order will be packaged and placed out the back for safe keeping. A notification will be emailed once your order is ready for collection.

 
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Ready to Post VanityPaws Items can take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your location with in Australia. International Postage can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your location.

Handmade items : These items can take up to 20 days from placing your order. Depending on the availability of our fabrics and printed webbing. We will endeavor to have your order shipped before hand
Purchasing during Christmas period: Due to the high demand on VanityPaws items, over the Christmas period please allow 20 days before your items are posted. VanityPaws is closed from the 20th December to the 10th January. Any items purchased during these times will be made and shipped after the 10th January. Thank you for your patience.

How do you ship my orders?
All your VanityPaws orders are sent via Australia Post.  
 
HANDMADE ITEMS
Fabric & Webbing
VanityPaws print our own fabric and webbing, making your fashionable dog collar and outfit a limited design. There is a high demand for our limited designs, and we will contact you directly if there are any delays in your order. 
 
Discontinued designs
Is there a print you have seen on Social media and it’s no longer available online. Send an email and find out if we can remake this design for you.
 
 
PREMADE ITEMS
Premade items are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. When ordering a combination of premade and handmde items, all items will be posted together. 

HUMAN CLOTHING ITEMS
All active wear and human clothing are made to order in the United States with the highest quality fabrics. These items are made within a 1-2 days. Postage can take up to 4 weeks. These items are all tracked. Active wear can all be personalised with your name in Black or White block lettering. 

OTHER SUPPLIER
VanityPaws have come across over the years a few items that we think are either funny or very useful for you and your pet. These have been added to our store for your convenience. These items are all stored in the other suppliers depot and can take a few weeks to arrive. All items automatically have tracking.
