How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your VanityPaws account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.
In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your Delivery Order in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at VanityPaws@mail.com
Registered Postage: Only orders purchased with “Registered Postage” can be tracked. In the event of a registered postage order lost in the mail, we will try to locate the delivery. If there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
Standard Order postage: All orders purchased with standard postage cannot be traced / tracked. Unfortunately we cannot replace orders with standard postage.
Local Pick Up: Local residence can purchase items and pick up at “Fleabags” 94 Victoria Street, Mackay 4741, Queensland, Australia. Your order will be packaged and placed out the back for safe keeping. A notification will be emailed once your order is ready for collection.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Ready to Post Items can take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your location with in Australia. International Postage can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Handmade items: Most handmade items are made and posted within 7 days of placing your order. Depending on the availability of our fabrics and printed webbing, some orders can take up to 4 weeks to restock.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
How do you ship my orders?
All your orders are sent via Australia Post.
How do I make payments using Paypal? How does it work?
Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. It's fast, easy & secure.
Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

How does Afterpay work?
Pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments, due every two weeks. Your first payment is due at the time of purchase. A reminder message will be sent before the next payment is due.
Afterpay is always zero interest, and there are never additional fees when you pay on time. The only fees are for late payments. Afterpay will email your payment schedule and send notifications so there are no surprises.
You will need to set up an account with Afterpay. You’ll know you’ve been approved within seconds. Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment, as quickly as you choose. Delay the pay, not your gratification.
How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
Fabric & Webbing
VanityPaws print our own fabric and webbing, making your fashionable dog collar and outfit a limited design. There is a high demand for our limited designs, and we will contact you directly if there are any delays in your order.
Is there a print you have seen on Social media and it’s no longer available online. Send an email and find out if we can remake this design for you.
Premade items are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. When ordering a combination of premade and handmde items, all items will be posted together.
